Need to shed the winter fat? START NOW!

The title of this blog says it all.  Most people gain some during the winter months.  Others however tend to gain a lot.  If you fall into either one of these categories then you need to start getting the junk out of your trunk now and making those changes to get the body you want for bathing suit season.

First off let's get rid of a common myth.  YOU CAN NOT EAT WHATEVER YOU WANT AS LONG AS YOU EXERCISE!  So many say this to justify bad habits they don't want to break.  Diet is 70% of your health and fitness.  The other 30% is the activity you put in.  Do the math.  You need to obey your nutrition. 

How do you do that though?  If you have a Beachbody program then it comes with a nutrition guide, FOLLOW IT!  It is not going to lead you astray.  There are online calorie counters like myfitnesspal.com or sparkpeople that will help you log your calories.  You can also take all the guess work out and sign up for a paid Teambeachbody.com account.  If you don't have a Teambeachbody.com account at all you can get one through me at http://beachbodycoach.com/coachseanx.  For about 2.99 a week (paid quarterly, in advance) you get access to a meal planner that tells you what to eat for the week and even provides the shopping list.  All the guess work is taken out!

Now, for the activity, mix up the strength and cardio.  You will get that strong, toned, sleek body if you start NOW and get your but in gear!  If you don't have a gym membership or you don't like to workout with others, then hit my site in the previous paragraph and there you go! 

You no longer have and excuse for why you can't reach your goals.  You are the only thing holding you back.  In the mean time, EAT CLEAN AND WORKOUT DIRTY!
