My Ultimate Reset Journey - Week 1 over into Week 2

I finished my first week on the Ultimate Reset.  In all I lost 10 pounds.  10 POUNDS IN 1 WEEK!!!!  All from following the menu they provided, which is full of clean eating and taking the supplements at their scheduled times.  No exercise, except for some walking and yoga.  The meals are really quite tasty and all.  We have had to modify it slightly in my house as my wife is allergic to walnuts and soy.  So we substituted any bean and almonds respectively.  The Reclaim phase is over and I am now 3 days into Phase 2: Release.

The Release phase is pretty much what many of you are thinking. It is the "poop" phase.  Don't worry though, you don't have to live near the bathroom.  This phase removes toxins from your colon to allow for your intestines to properly absorb nutrients.  You take this supplement called Detox during this phase.  It doesn't taste bad, you just got to get past the "dirt" texture as I like to call it.  No, there isn't dirt in it.  It is just a lot of fibrous stuff in it that is designed to clean your colon.  After the first couple of times you tend not to notice the texture. 

As I said, this isn't like other cleanses though where you are camped out in or by the bathroom.  It is gentle but is thoroughly making your body a better place to live with.  Think of it this way, do you want your body to be a cluttered trailer park with junk all over and a view of the sewage treatment plant, or  would you like for it to be a view of blue skies, grassy fields with wild flowers growing all over and majestic mountains in the distance?  I choose the second one personally.
